Remove Mainboard

  • The mainboard is connected to the top of the case by four Torx 5 screws and held in place by two, small plastic guide pins in the top and bottom right corner (see arrows)

  • Use a Torx 5 bit and remove all of the screws

  • Ensure that you have removed the two ribbon cables connecting the screen and LEDs, before you remove the mainboard

  • After removing the mainboard, pull out the two white rubber bars for the LED lights.

  • Also keep track of the three small, plastic extensions for the top rubber buttons. They can easily fall out and they are tiny!

Retirer la carte mère

La carte mère est reliée à la partie supérieure du boîtier par quatre vis Torx 5 et maintenue en place par deux petites tiges de guidage en plastique dans les coins supérieur et inférieur droit (voir les flèches).

Utilisez un embout Torx 5 et retirez toutes les vis.

Assurez-vous d'avoir retiré les deux câbles ruban reliant l'écran et les LED avant de retirer la carte mère.

Après avoir retiré la carte mère, retirer les deux barres blanches en caoutchouc pour les LED.

Ne perdez pas de vue les trois petites pièces en plastique qui servent à fixer les boutons en caoutchouc de la partie supérieure. Elles peuvent facilement tomber et sont minuscules !
