Remove Mainboard

  • The mainboard is connected to the top of the case by four Torx 5 screws and held in place by two, small plastic guide pins in the top and bottom right corner (see arrows)

  • Use a Torx 5 bit and remove all of the screws

  • Ensure that you have removed the two ribbon cables connecting the screen and LEDs, before you remove the mainboard

  • After removing the mainboard, pull out the two white rubber bars for the LED lights.

  • Also keep track of the three small, plastic extensions for the top rubber buttons. They can easily fall out and they are tiny!

Quitar la placa madre

La placa base está conectada a la parte superior de la caja mediante cuatro tornillos Torx 5 y se mantiene en su lugar mediante dos pequeños pasadores guía de plástico en las esquinas superior e inferior derecha (ver flechas).

Utiliza una punta Torx 5 y quita todos los tornillos.

Asegúrate de haber retirado los dos cables planos que conectan la pantalla y los LED antes de retirar la placa madre.

Después de quitar la placa madre, extrae las dos barras de goma blancas para las luces LED.

También lleva un registro de las tres pequeñas extensiones de plástico para los botones de goma superiores. ¡Se pueden caer fácilmente y son pequeños!
