Open the Case

  • The unit consists of 3 main parts:

  • The bottom case, which holds the battery, USB charging port, as well as the rubber side buttons

  • The top case, which holds the mainboard, LEDs, and the top rubber buttons

  • The screen which is glued to the top case and connected to the mainboard via two ribbon cables on the left hand side of the device

  • To soften the glue use a heat gun (at low heat) or hair dryer and heat up the edge of the top case

  • Use a small metal prying tool to pry open the device. This will take time and patience. The device is glued together like a tank!

  • Be careful not to rip it apart as you might damage the ribbon cables connecting the screen to the mainboard.

  • The battery is sensitive to heat; try to direct the heat towards the sides to prevent the battery from being damaged or exploding.

Ouvrir le boîtier

Le module se compose de trois parties principales :

Le boîtier inférieur, qui contient la batterie, le port de charge USB, ainsi que les boutons latéraux en caoutchouc.

Le boîtier supérieur, qui contient la carte mère, les LED et les boutons en caoutchouc supérieurs

L'écran qui est collé au boîtier supérieur et relié à la carte mère par deux câbles ruban situés sur le côté gauche de l'appareil.

Pour ramollir la colle, utilisez un pistolet thermique (à basse température) ou un sèche-cheveux et chauffez le bord du boîtier supérieur.

Utilisez un petit outil métallique pour ouvrir l'appareil. Il faudra du temps et de la patience. L'appareil est collé comme une armure !

Faites attention à ne pas l'arracher car vous pourriez endommager les câbles ruban qui relient l'écran à la carte mère.

La batterie est sensible à la chaleur ; essayez de diriger la chaleur vers les côtés pour éviter que la batterie ne soit endommagée ou n'explose.
