Workaround 2 (the preferred one in my opinion)

  • While preparing a coffee, hold a magnet next to the area where the floater resides when there is water in the tank, to make the machine "believe" that there is still a floater, which indicates that there is enough water.

  • Do that only while preparing a coffee. Switch off the machine and remove the magnet when you are done.

  • In this case, I used a magnet from an old hard disk.

Tijdelijke oplossing 2 (naar mijn mening de voorkeur)

Houd tijdens het zetten van koffie een magneet naast het gebied waar de vlotter zich bevindt wanneer er water in de tank zit, om de machine te laten "geloven" dat er nog steeds een vlotter is, wat aangeeft dat er voldoende water is.

Doe dat alleen tijdens het zetten van koffie. Schakel de machine uit en verwijder de magneet als je klaar bent.

In dit geval heb ik een magneet van een oude harde schijf gebruikt.
