Remove Laser Housing - 3

  • Now the housing can be removed. I left the cable connectors on the right side of the housing connected, as they are long enough to leave them attached. It is necessary to partially close the CD tray, then carefully move the entire housing back, guiding the CD tray through the opening in the front panel.

  • This shows the housing immediately after removal, you can see the tray has been partially closed in order to remove it from the CD player case. At this point, the connectors on the housing and on the laser module are still attached. Only the wide ribbon cable from the rear of laser module in the housing has been removed.

Laserbehuizing verwijderen - 3

Nu kan de behuizing worden verwijderd. Ik heb de kabelconnectoren aan de rechterkant van de behuizing aangesloten gelaten, omdat ze lang genoeg zijn. Het is noodzakelijk om de cd-lade gedeeltelijk te sluiten en vervolgens de hele behuizing voorzichtig naar achteren te schuiven, waarbij de cd-lade door de opening in het voorpaneel wordt geleid.

Dit toont de behuizing direct na verwijdering, je kunt zien dat de lade gedeeltelijk is gesloten om deze uit de cd-spelerbehuizing te halen. Op dit punt zijn de connectoren op de behuizing en op de lasermodule nog bevestigd. Alleen de brede lintkabel van de achterkant van de lasermodule in de behuizing is verwijderd.
