Remove the heat sink
Retira el disipador de calor

Utiliza los dedos para levantar la placa lógica y sacarla del disipador de calor.

Es posible que notes un poco de resistencia. Esto es normal, ya que el disipador de calor está ligeramente adherido a la placa lógica con pasta térmica.

Retira el disipador de calor.

Un compuesto térmico grueso y gris cubre el espacio entre la placa lógica y el disipador de calor situado debajo. Siempre que retire el disipador de calor, consulte nuestra guía de pasta térmica para retirar el compuesto térmico antiguo y sustituirlo por un compuesto adecuado, como Artic SilverThermal Paste, durante el reensamblaje.
