Unfasten the heat sink

  • Turn the logic board upside-down so that the heat sink screws face upwards.

  • Use a T5 Torx driver to remove the four 3.9 mm screws securing the heat sink to the logic board.

Kühlkörper losschrauben

Drehe das Logic Board mit der Unterseite nach oben, so dass die Schrauben sichtbar werden.

Entferne die vier 3,9 mm Torx T5 Schrauben, mit denen der Kühlkörper am Logic Board befestigt ist.
