Remove the head strap adjust knob

Insert an opening pick between the head strap adjust knob and the head strap.
Gently pry the head strap adjust knob off of the head strap.
Hold the knob with your other hand to prevent it from flying away from your work surface.
To reinstall, simply press the knob back into place.

ヘッドストラップ調節ノブを外す

ヘッドストラップ調節ノブとヘッドストラップの間にオープニングピックを差し込みます。
ヘッドストラップ調整ノブをゆっくりとこじ開け、ヘッドストラップから外します。
もう片方の手でノブを持ち、作業している位置からノブが飛び出さないようにします。
再インストールは、ノブを押して戻すだけです。
