  • Insert a spudger in the gap between the fan and the heat sink.

  • Pry up with the spudger to separate the heat sink from the adhesive beneath it.

  • Remove the heat sink.

  • Clean off the old thermal paste from the heat sink and CPU using high-concentration (90% or higher) isopropyl alcohol and a microfiber cloth. Apply new thermal paste to the CPU before reassembly.

Inserisci uno spudger nello spazio fra la ventola ed il dissipatore di calore.

Fai leva con uno spudger per allontanare il dissipatore di calore dall'adesivo sottostante.

Rimuovi il dissipatore di calore.

Rimuovi la pasta termica vecchia dal dissipatore di calore e dalla CPU utilizzando alcohol isopropilico ad alta concentrazione (90% o superiore) e un panno in microfibra. Applica della nuova pasta termica sulla CPU prima di rimontare.
