Remove the old graphics card

  • Power off the PC, and disconnect the power cable from the tower.

  • Open the side panel on the PC.

  • Some panels have clips that are easy to unlatch, and others have screws that need loosening. Only the panel that gives access to the components needs removing.

  • Remove the screw(s) holding the graphics card into the slot.

  • Unclip and remove any power cables connected to the GPU.

  • Release the PCI-e slot tabs that hold the GPU in place.

  • You may have to unlock it to release the card.

Quitar la tarjeta gráfica anterior

Apaga tu PC, y desconecta el cable del gabinete.

Abre la tapa lateral del PC.

Algunas tapas tienen clips que se desenganchan fácilmente, y otras tienen tornillos que deben quitarse. Solo debe quitarse la tapa que da el acceso a los componentes que deben ser remplazados.

Quita el tornillo o tornillos sosteniendo la tarjeta gráfica dentro de la ranura.

Desconecta y quita cualquier cable de energía conectado a la tarjeta gráfica (GPU)

Libera la pestaña de la ranura PCI-e donde se aloja la tarjeta gráfica (GPU)

Puede que tengas que desbloquearla para liberar la tarjeta.
