Insert an opening pick

  • Once the screen is warm to the touch, apply a suction handle to the bottom edge of the screen.

  • If your screen is badly cracked, covering it with a layer of clear packing tape may allow the suction handle to adhere. Alternatively, very strong tape may be used instead of the suction handle. If all else fails, you can superglue the suction handle to the screen.

  • Lift the screen, including its safety frame, with the suction handle to create a small gap between the screen and the phone assembly.

  • Insert an opening pick into the gap between the screen frame and the phone assembly.

  • Make sure to insert your opening pick in the right position to avoid separating the screen from its safety frame instead of the phone assembly.

  • Slide the opening pick to the bottom right corner of the screen to slice its adhesive.

  • Leave the opening pick in place to prevent the adhesive from resealing.

Introducir una púa de apertura

Cuando la pantalla esté caliente al tacto, coloca una ventosa en el borde inferior de la pantalla.

Si la pantalla está muy rota, cubrirla con una capa de cinta de embalaje transparente puede permitir que se adhiera la ventosa. También puedes usar una cinta muy fuerte en lugar de la ventosa. Y si todo lo demás falla, puedes pegar con pegamento la ventosa a la pantalla.

Levanta la pantalla con la ventosa, incluido el marco de seguridad, para crear un pequeño espacio entre la pantalla y el ensamblaje del teléfono.

Introduce una púa de apertura en el espacio entre el marco de la pantalla y el ensamblaje del teléfono.

Asegúrate de insertar la púa en la posición correcta, para evitar separar la pantalla de su marco de seguridad, en lugar del ensamblaje del teléfono.

Desliza la púa de apertura hacia la esquina inferior derecha de la pantalla, para cortar el adhesivo.

Deja ahí la púa de apertura, para evitar que el adhesivo se vuelva a sellar.
