Apply isopropyl alcohol

  • Take care not to puncture or bend the battery during the removal procedure—a punctured or bent battery may leak dangerous chemicals or cause a thermal event. In case you're struggling to pull up the battery, apply more isopropyl alcohol and try again.

  • Apply 1-2 drops of high concentration (over 90%) isopropyl alcohol to the gaps surrounding the battery's perimeter.

  • Only apply a few drops initially and apply more if necessary; too much isopropyl alcohol might overflow onto the motherboard and daughterboard or damage the display

Appliquer de l'alcool isopropylique

Évitez de perforer ou de tordre la batterie lors de son retrait, une batterie endommagée peut laisser s'échapper des substances chimiques dangereuses ou prendre feu, voire exploser. Si vous avez du mal à soulever la batterie, appliquez plus d'alcool isopropylique et essayez à nouveau.

Appliquez 1 à 2 gouttes d'alcool isopropylique à haute concentration (plus de 90 %) dans les espaces autour de la batterie.

Quelques gouttes suffisent, vous pouvez en rajouter plus tard si nécessaire. Si on utilise trop d'alcool isopropylique, il risque de déborder sur la carte mère et la carte fille.
