  • Take care not to puncture or bend the battery with your tools—a punctured or bent battery may leak dangerous chemicals or cause a thermal event.

  • The top edge of the battery rests on a shelf. You'll need to insert your pry tools between this shelf and the battery to cut through the adhesive.

  • Insert a side of an opening pick about 2 mm under the center of the top edge of the top left battery cell.
