Dislodge the Surface Connect port

  • The Surface Connect port connector can be disconnected before moving the port, but the connector is difficult to reconnect while the port is fully seated. During reassembly, it is easier to reconnect the connector before seating the port into its recess.

  • Use the flat end of a spudger to pry up the left screw tab and dislodge the Surface Connect port from the frame.

  • You only need to lift the port high enough to insert the pointed end of a spudger into the screw tab.

Verwijder de Surface Connect-poort

De aansluiting van de Surface Connect-poort kan losgekoppeld worden voordat je de poort verwijderd, maar de aansluiting is moeilijk weer aan te sluiten als de poort al bevestigd is. Het is daarom bij het weer in elkaar zetten van je toestel makkelijker om de aansluiting aan te sluiten voordat je de de poort in de inkeping bevestigt.

Gebruik het platte einde van je spudger om de kant bij het linker schroefgat omhoog te wrikken en de Surface Connect-poort uit het frame los te maken.

Je hoeft de poort enkel voldoende omhoog te tillen zodat je de punt van een spudger in het schroefgat kunt steken.
