Getting Replacement Capacitors

  • Now we will start searching for replacement capacitors.

  • First, go to the website of your electric components distributor and go to the Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors section.

  • Narrow the search by entering the capacitance(uF) and voltage (V) values of the old capacitor. You may also want to check the box to only show components that are in stock.

  • Narrow the search by price. On DigiKey's website, you can do this by entering how many components you will need, located in the filters section.

  • Look for a capacitor from Elna, Nichicon, Nippon Chemi-Con/United Chemi-Con, Panasonic, Rubycon or Wurth Elektronik with the same temperature rating as the old capacitor.

Vervangende condensatoren kopen

Nu gaan we op zoek naar vervangende condensatoren.

Ga eerst naar de website van uw distributeur van elektrische componenten en ga naar de sectie aluminium Elektrolytische condensatoren.

Beperk de zoekopdracht door de capaciteit (uF) en spanning (V) waarden van de oude condensator in te voeren. U kunt ook het vakje aanvinken om alleen onderdelen weer te geven die op voorraad zijn.

Beperk de zoekopdracht op prijs. Op de website van DigiKey kunt u dit doen door in het filtergedeelte in te voeren hoeveel componenten u nodig heeft.

Zoek naar een condensator van Elna, Nichicon, Nippon Chemi-Con/United Chemi-Con of Wurth Elektronik met dezelfde temperatuurclassificatie als de oude condensator.

Bekijk nu de datasheet. Als de rimpelstroom hetzelfde of hoger is (bij dezelfde temperatuur en frequentie [Hz/KHz]), is de ESR hetzelfde of lager (bij dezelfde temperatuur en frequentie [Hz/KHz]), en de condensator dezelfde maat of kleiner is (u kunt een grotere condensator gebruiken als deze past), dan zal de condensator aan uw behoeften voldoen.

Zorg ervoor dat u de prijzen controleert. Soms kan het voor dezelfde prijs of goedkoper zijn om 10 condensatoren te kopen in plaats van 8.
