Heat the bottom edge

  • Heat an iOpener and apply it to the bottom edge of the back cover for two minutes.

  • A hair dryer, heat gun, or hot plate may also be used, but be careful not to overheat the phone—the display and internal battery are both susceptible to heat damage.

Verhit de glazen achterkant

Verwarm een iOpener en leg deze gedurende minimaal drie minuten op de glazen achterkant van je telefoon om de lijm eronder te verwarmen en te verzwakken.

Je kunt hiervoor ook een föhn, warmtepistool of kookplaat gebruiken, maar wees bij het gebruik hiervan wel extra voorzichtig en voorkom dat je je telefoon oververhit. Vooral het scherm en de batterij zijn beide erg kwetsbaar voor aan warmte gerelateerde schade.
