Remove the heat sink

  • The heat sink is adhered to the CPU with thermal paste.

  • Insert an opening pick about 2 mm under the heat sink at its bottom edge directly to the left of the display cable.

  • The opening pick should be between the heat sink and the frame surrounding the motherboard.

  • Slide the opening pick to the left toward the heat pipe to detach the heat sink from the CPU.

Verwijder het koellichaam

Het koellichaam is aan de CPU bevestigd door middel van thermische pasta.

Steek je openingsplectrum, links van de schermkabel, ongeveer 2 mm diep onder de onderkant van het koellichaam.

Je plectrum zou tussen het koellichaam en het frame rondom het moederbord moeten komen te zitten.

Schuif je openingsplectrum naar links richting de warmtepijp om het koellichaam van de CPU los te koppelen.
