Remove the heat sink

  • The heat sink is adhered to the CPU with thermal paste.

  • Insert an opening pick about 2 mm under the heat sink at its bottom edge directly to the left of the display cable.

  • The opening pick should be between the heat sink and the frame surrounding the motherboard.

  • Slide the opening pick to the left toward the heat pipe to detach the heat sink from the CPU.

Kühlkörper entfernen

Der Kühlkörper ist mit Wärmeleitpaste mit der CPU verbunden.

Setze ein Plektrum an der Unterkante des Kühlkörpers, direkt links vom Displaykabel, etwa 2 mm tief unter den Kühlkörper ein.

Das Plektrum muss sich zwischen dem Kühlkörper und dem Rahmen um die Hauptplatine befinden.

Schiebe das Plektrum nach links zum Wärmeleitrohr hin, bis sich der Kühlkörper von der CPU löst.
