Dislodge the Surface Connect port

  • The Surface Connect port connector can be disconnected before moving the port, but the connector is difficult to reconnect while the port is fully seated. During reassembly, it is easier to reconnect the connector before seating the port into its recess.

  • Use the flat end of a spudger to pry up the left screw tab and dislodge the Surface Connect port from the frame.

  • You only need to lift the port high enough to insert the pointed end of a spudger into the screw tab.

SurfaceConnect-Anschluss verschieben

Der Stecker zum SurfaceConnect-Anschluss kann abgelöst werden, ohne den Anschluss selbst zu bewegen, es ist aber schwierig, ihn wieder zu verbinden, wenn der Anschluss fest sitzt. Beim Zusammenbau ist es einfacher, erst den Stecker zu verbinden und dann den Anschluss in seiner Vertiefung zu befestigen.

Heble die Lasche für die linke Schraube mit dem flachen Ende des Spudgers hoch und verschiebe den SurfaceConnect-Anschluss vom Rahmen weg.

Du musst den Anschluss nur soweit anheben, dass du die Spudgerspitze in die Lasche für die Schraube einsetzen kannst.
