Remove the old battery

  • Ensure that the battery cable is disconnected from the system board.

  • Remove the four screws (M2x2) that secure the battery to the palm-rest assembly

  • Remove the screw (M1.6x4) that secures the battery to the palm-rest assembly.

  • Lift the battery off the palm-rest assembly.

  • Turn the computer over, open the display, and press the power button for about 5 seconds to ground the computer.

Retrait de l'ancienne batterie

Assurez-vous que la nappe de la batterie est déconnectée de la carte système.

Retirez les quatre vis (M2 x 2) qui fixent la batterie au module du repose-poignets.

Retirez la vis (M1,6 x 4) qui fixe la batterie au module du repose-poignets.

Soulevez la batterie pour la retirer du module du repose-poignets.

Retournez l’ordinateur, ouvrez l’écran et appuyez sur le bouton de marche pendant cinq secondes environ, pour mettre à la terre l’ordinateur.
