Removing the base cover

  • Remove the eight screws (M2x3, Torx) that secure the base cover to the palm-rest assembly

  • With the computer face-down, open the computer at an angle.

  • Using a plastic scribe, pry the base cover from the palm-rest assembly, starting at the front left and right corners.

  • Moving the base cover from left to right, release the clips securing the base cover to the palm-rest assembly.

  • Lift the base cover from the palm-rest assembly.

Unteres Gehäuse entfernen

Entferne die acht Schrauben (M2x3, Torx), mit denen das untere Gehäuse an der Handballenauflage befestigt ist.

Lasse den Computer mit der Vorderseite weiterhin nach unten liegen und öffne ihn ein Stück weit.

Heble das untere Gehäuse mit einem Spudger von der Handballenauflage ab, beginne dabei an der vorderen linken und der vorderen rechten Ecke.

Schiebe das untere Gehäuse von links nach rechts und löse die Clips, mit denen das untere Gehäuse an der Handballenauflage befestigt ist.

Hebe das untere Gehäuse von der Handballenauflage ab.
