Soehnle Exacta scale display no longer shows anything

Remove the two Phillips screws (red) under the display area.

If only the kick buttons are involved, this step will not be necessary.

Unhook the two springs from the hooks

Check the two kick switches connected to the blue cable (blue boxes), e.g. by simply short-circuiting the connection on the circuit board (red arrow) (with the battery connected). If the display then shows something, the problem has been found.
