Insert an opening pick

  • Once the screen is warm to the touch, apply a suction handle to the bottom edge of the screen.

  • If your screen is badly cracked, covering it with a layer of clear packing tape may allow the suction handle to adhere. Alternatively, very strong tape may be used instead of the suction handle. If all else fails, you can superglue the suction handle to the screen.

  • Lift the screen with the suction handle to create a small gap between the screen and the frame.

  • Insert an opening pick into the gap between the midframe and the screen.

  • Slide the opening pick to the bottom right corner of the screen to slice its adhesive.

  • Leave the opening pick in place to prevent the adhesive from resealing.

Inserta una púa de apertura

Una vez que la pantalla esté tibia al tacto, aplica una ventosa en el borde inferior de la pantalla.

Si la pantalla está muy agrietada, cubrirla con una capa de cinta de embalaje transparente puede permitir que se adhiera la ventosa. Alternativamente, se puede usar una cinta muy fuerte en lugar de la ventosa. Si todo lo demás falla, puede pegar la ventosa a la pantalla.

Levanta la pantalla con la ventosa para crear un pequeño espacio entre la pantalla y el marco.

Inserta una púa de apertura en el espacio entre el marco y la pantalla.

Desliza la púa de apertura hacia la esquina inferior derecha de la pantalla para cortar el adhesivo.

Deja la púa de apertura en su lugar para evitar que el adhesivo se vuelva a sellar.
