Slice the adhesive

  • If the adhesive becomes hard to cut, it has most likely cooled down. Use your iOpener to reheat it.

  • Insert a third opening pick at the bottom left corner of your phone.

  • Slide the opening pick along the left edge of your phone to slice the adhesive.

  • Leave the opening pick in the top left corner to prevent the adhesive from resealing.

Snijd de lijm rondom de behuizing door

Als de lijm rondom het toestel te hard is geworden om door te snijden, is het waarschijnlijk weer afgekoeld. Verwarm je iOpener opnieuw om de lijm opnieuw op te warmen en te verzwakken.

Steek een derde openingsplectrum in de opening bij de linker benedenhoek van de behuizing.

Schuif je plectrum langs de linkerzijde van het toestel omhoog om de lijm door te snijden.

Laat je plectrum in de opening bij de linker bovenhoek zitten om te voorkomen dat de lijm zich opnieuw aan het toestel gaat hechten.
