Insert an iFlex

  • Once the screen is warm to touch, apply a suction cup to the bottom edge of the screen.

  • If your screen is badly cracked, covering it with a layer of clear packing tape may allow the suction cup to adhere. Alternatively, very strong tape may be used instead of the suction cup. If all else fails, you can superglue the suction cup to the screen.

  • Lift the screen with the suction handle to create a small gap between the screen and the frame.

  • Insert an iFlex in the gap between the midframe and the screen.

Breng een iFlex in de opening aan

Als het scherm eenmaal te warm is om comfortabel aan te raken, druk je een zuignap op de onderkant van het scherm.

Als je scherm gebarsten is, zal de zuignap zich waarschijnlijk niet goed vast kunnen zuigen. Beplak je scherm in dat geval met wat lagen doorzichtige tape, zodat de zuignap zich daarop vastzuigt. Als alternatief kun je een stuk sterke tape gebruiken. Als dat alles niet lukt, kun je de zuignap op je scherm vastlijmen met wat secondelijm.

Til het scherm omhoog met de zuignap om zo een kleine opening tussen het scherm en het frame te creëren.

Steek een iFlex in de opening tussen het midframe en het scherm.
