Insert an opening pick

  • Secure a suction handle to the bottom edge of the screen, as close to the edge as possible.

  • If the screen is cracked, the suction handle may not stick. Try lifting it with strong tape, or superglue the suction handle in place and allow it to cure so you can proceed.

  • Lift the phone assembly with the suction handle to create a small gap between the assembly and the back cover.

  • In case you have trouble creating a gap, apply more heat to further soften the adhesive. Follow the iOpener instructions to avoid overheating.

  • Insert an opening pick in a steep angle into the gap you created. This might require some force.

  • Slide the opening pick to the bottom right corner to slice the adhesive and release the plastic clips holding the back cover in place.

Inserta una púa de apertura

Fija una ventosa en el borde inferior de la pantalla, lo más cerca posible del borde.

Si la pantalla está agrietada, es posible que la ventosa no se adhiera. Intenta levantarla con una cinta adhesiva fuerte, o pega la ventosa en su lugar y deja que se cure para poder proceder.

Levanta el conjunto del teléfono con la ventosa para crear un pequeño espacio entre el conjunto y la cubierta trasera.

Si tienes problemas para crear un hueco, aplica más calor para ablandar más el adhesivo. Sigue las instrucciones de iOpener para evitar el sobrecalentamiento.

Introduce una púa de apertura en un ángulo pronunciado en el hueco que ha creado. Esto puede requerir algo de fuerza.

Desliza la púa de apertura hacia la esquina inferior derecha para cortar el adhesivo y liberar los clips de plástico que sujetan la tapa trasera en su lugar.
