Insert an opening pick

  • Secure a suction handle to the bottom edge of the screen, as close to the edge as possible.

  • If the screen is cracked, the suction handle may not stick. Try lifting it with strong tape, or superglue the suction handle in place and allow it to cure so you can proceed.

  • Lift the screen and phone assembly with the suction handle to create a small gap between the assembly and the back cover.

  • In case you have trouble creating a gap, apply more heat to further soften the adhesive. Follow the iOpener instructions to avoid overheating.

  • Insert an opening pick in a steep angle into the gap you created. This might require some force.

  • Slide the opening pick to the bottom right corner to slice the adhesive and release the plastic clips holding the back cover in place.

Inserisci un plettro di apertura

Fissa un manico con ventosa sul bordo inferiore dello schermo, il più vicino possibile al bordo.

Se lo schermo è rotto, la maniglia di aspirazione potrebbe non aderire. Prova a sollevarlo con del nastro adesivo resistente o a incollare la ventosa in posizione con della supercolla e lasciala asciugare prima di procedere.

Solleva il gruppo schermo e telefono con la ventosa per creare un piccolo spazio tra il resto del telefono e la cover posteriore.

Se hai difficoltà a creare una fessura, applica più calore per ammorbidire ulteriormente l'adesivo. Segui le istruzioni dell'iOpener per evitare il surriscaldamento.

Inserisci il plettro di apertura con un angolo ripido nello spazio che hai creato. Ciò potrebbe richiedere una certa forza.

Fai scorrere il plettro di apertura verso l'angolo in basso a destra per tagliare l'adesivo e rilasciare le clip di plastica che tengono in posizione la cover posteriore.
