Lift the screen slightly

  • Pull up on the suction cup with firm, constant pressure to create a slight gap between the screen and the frame.

  • Insert an opening pick into the gap under the screen's plastic bezel.

  • The watertight adhesive holding the screen in place is very strong; creating this initial gap takes a significant amount of force. If you're having a hard time opening a gap, apply more heat, and gently rock the screen up and down to weaken the adhesive until you create enough of a gap to insert your tool.

Til het scherm ietwat omhoog

Trek de zuignap met een stevige, constante kracht omhoog om zo een kleine opening te creëren tussen het voorste paneel en de achterste behuizing.

Steek een openingsplectrum in de opening onder de plastic rand van het scherm.

De waterdichte pakking die het scherm op z'n plek houdt, is erg sterk. Het creëren van een eerste opening kan daarom aardig wat kracht vereisen. Als je moeite hebt met het creëren van de opening, kun je meer warmte toedienen en het scherm vervolgens heen en weer wiebelen om de lijm te verzwakken tot de opening groot genoeg is voor je plectrum.
