Wrap the floss around the post

  • The blue cap is secured to the bit driver by a threaded post that screws into the bit driver's upper body.

  • The threaded post can't be screwed into the upper body by twisting the cap because the cap spins freely around the post. Instead, you'll need to hold the post still so the upper body can be screwed on.

  • Hold one end of the floss against the side of the cap.

  • Wrap the middle of the floss twice around the widest part of the post (below the rubber o-ring).

  • Don't tie the floss into a knot as this will prevent you from removing the floss after the upper body has been screwed on to the threaded post.

Wikkel het stuk flosdraad om het begin van het schroefdraad

De blauwe dop is aan de schroevendraaier bevestigd door een stuk schroefdraad die in het bovenste deel van de schroevendraaier wordt geschroefd.

De dop en de schroefdraad kunnen echter niet in het bovendeel van de schroevendraaier worden geschroefd door de dop te draaien, omdat de dop vrij rond de schroefdraad draait. In plaats daarvan zul je dus de schroefdraad stil moeten houden zodat het bovendeel van de schroevendraaier erop kan worden vastgeschroefd.

Houd het ene uiteinde van de flosdraad tegen de zijkant van de dop aan. Plaats je vinger op het stuk draad om deze op z'n plek te houden.

Wikkel het midden van de flosdraad tweemaal om het breedste deel van de schroefdraad (onder de rubberen O-ring).

Leg geen knoop in de flosdraad, want dit zou voorkomen dat je de flosdraad kunt verwijderen nadat het bovendeel van de schroevendraaier op de schroefdraad is bevestigd.
