Remove the battery

  • Apply a suction cup to the back of the battery.

  • Pull up on the suction cup with strong, steady force to begin to separate the battery from the frame.

  • If this is difficult, apply a few more drops of isopropyl alcohol underneath the battery, let it sit for two minutes, and try again.

  • Insert the point of an opening pick into the gap created between the battery and frame.

  • Don't insert the opening pick more than halfway or you risk damaging the fingerprint sensor underneath.

  • Pull up on the suction cup to remove the battery.

  • If you used isopropyl alcohol, wait ten minutes before installing the new battery to allow the alcohol to completely evaporate.

  • When you're reassembling your phone, remove the old adhesive and apply stretch release adhesive strips, double sided adhesive tape, or pre-cut adhesive to secure the new battery.

Retira la batería

Coloca una ventosa en la parte posterior de la batería.

Tira hacia arriba de la ventosa con una fuerza fuerte y constante para empezar a separar la batería del marco.

Si te resulta difícil, aplica unas gotas más de alcohol isopropílico debajo de la batería, deja que repose durante dos minutos y vuelve a intentarlo.

Introduce la punta de una púa de apertura en el hueco creado entre la batería y el marco.

No introduzcas la púa de apertura más allá de la mitad o corres el riesgo de dañar el sensor de huellas digitales que hay debajo.

Tira hacia arriba de la ventosa para extraer la batería.

La batería saldrá sin mucha fuerza una vez que el alcohol isopropílico haya penetrado adecuadamente en el adhesivo de la batería.

Cuando vuelvas a montar el teléfono, retira el adhesivo antiguo y aplica tiras adhesivas extensibles, cinta adhesiva de doble cara o adhesivo precortado para fijar la nueva batería.
