Inspect the SBS valve

  • Use a T10 torx screwdriver to remove the SBS valve. It might take a little force to pop it off the brew unit once the screws are removed.

  • Remove the top part of the SBS valve (with the 3 "wings") by turning it counter-clockwise. Be care not to loose the spring!

  • Inspect the valve diaphragm. Mine had a split, clearly the source of the coffee leak!

Inspecciona la válvula SBS

Usa un destornillador Torx T10 para quitar la válvula SBS. Es posible que debas hacer un poco de fuerza para sacarla de la unidad de preparación una vez que hayas quitado los tornillos.

Retira la parte superior de la válvula SBS (con las 3 "alas") girándola en sentido antihorario. ¡Ten cuidado de no perder el resorte!

Inspecciona el diafragma de la válvula. El mío tenía una grieta, ¡claramente la fuente de la fuga de café!
