Inspect the SBS valve

  • Use a T10 torx screwdriver to remove the SBS valve. It might take a little force to pop it off the brew unit once the screws are removed.

  • Remove the top part of the SBS valve (with the 3 "wings") by turning it counter-clockwise. Be care not to loose the spring!

  • Inspect the valve diaphragm. Mine had a split, clearly the source of the coffee leak!

SBS-Ventil überprüfen

Drehe die Torx T10 Schrauben am SBS-Ventil heraus und hebe das Ventil ab. Eventuell musst du recht kräftig ziehen.

Drehe die obere Abdeckung des Ventils (mit den drei Flügeln) gegen den Uhrzeigersinn und hebe sie ab. Achte darauf, dass die Feder im Inneren nicht verloren geht.

Untersuche die Membran. Diese hier hatte einen Riss, ganz klar die Ursache für den Fehler.
