Remove the heatsink

  • Remove the heatsink.

  • If the heatsink feels stuck to the CPU, gently wiggle it side-to-side to separate it from the thermal paste holding it down.

  • Don't pull on the heatsink too hard; the heat pipes are susceptible to creasing.

Kühlkörper entfernen

Entferne den Kühlkörper.

Wenn der Kühlkörper noch an der CPU festklebt, dann bewege ihn leicht hin und her, bis er sich von der Wärmeleitpaste löst, die ihn noch festhält.

Ziehe nicht zu stark am Kühlkörper, die Wärmeleitröhren können sich leicht verbiegen.
