  • Push the tweezers back into the hole and grab the CD drive door with the other tweezers' appendage.

  • Pull the CD door out carefully to remove the broken or jammed disk.

  • Note: If the CD door still does not open, move on to the next step to see how to remove the CD drive entirely.

Poussez l’extrémité de la pincette dans le trou puis prenez la façade du lecteur CD avec l’autre extrémité de la pincette.

Tirez prudemment la façade du lecteur CD pour ouvrir le lecteur cassé ou bloqué.

Note : si le tiroir du lecteur CD ne s'ouvre toujours pas, passez l’étape suivante pour voir comment vous pouvez retirer complètement le lecteur CD.
