Loosen the back panel using your fingernail/ guitar pick or a spudger.

Loosen the 8 T5 screws, and set them aside.

The circuit board can then be easily removed together with the keypad.

Loudspeaker (yellow) and screen protector (green) are glued on and can be easily lifted out with a flat screwdriver.

Put everything back together in reverse order - make sure that the buttons do not get stuck.
