Remove the heatsink

  • Gently peel the thermal pads off of the copper heatsink.

  • The thermal pads are delicate and tear easily.

  • During reassembly, realign the copper strip on the thermal pad with the heatsink.

Kühlkörper entfernen

Löse vorsichtig die Wärmeleitpads vom kupfernen Kühlkörper ab.

Die Wärmeleitpads sind empfindlich und reißen leicht.

Achte beim Zusammenbau darauf, dass der Kupferstreifen auf dem Wärmeleitpad genau auf den Kühlkörper passt.
