Remove the motherboard shields

  • Some motherboard screws are located under two of the metal shields, both of which need to be removed.

  • Use an opening tool to pry up an edge of the metal shield covering the right side of the motherboard.

  • Try not to deform the shield too much—you will need to reinstall it during reassembly.

  • Work your way around the perimeter of the shield, prying up intermittently, until you can remove it completely.

  • Remove the shield.

Rimuovi la protezione della scheda madre

Alcune viti della scheda madre sono posizionate sotto due delle protezioni in metallo, che devono entrambe essere rimosse.

Usa uno strumento di apertura per fare leva su uno dei bordi della protezione in metallo che copre il lato destro della scheda madre.

Cerca di non deformare troppo la protezione: dovrai reinstallarla durante il rimontaggio.

Lavora intorno al perimetro della protezione, facendo leva a intermittenza finché non riesci a rimuoverla completamente.

Rimuovi la protezzione.
