  • The circuit is open-circuited. Then we repair by jumping wire. Apply some Paste Flux to the resistor. Solder the copper wire to the resistor with Soldering Iron at 360 °C.

  • Cut the copper wire. Solder one end of the copper wire to the signal board. Measure with the multimeter. The value of resistance is 0, which indicates that the circuit between the touch connector and signal board is connected. Solidify pads on the signal board with Solder Mask. Scrape to show the pads. Clean the bonding pads with PCB Cleaner.

Il circuito è aperto. Si ripara quindi con un cavo jumper. Applicare un po' di flussante sul resistore. Salda il filo di rame alla resistenza con il saldatore a 360 °C.

Poiché le due estremità sono troppo distanti, è necessario fissare il cavo di rame in primo luogo. Applica una maschera di saldatura. Solidifica con la lampada UV. Controlla se la maschera di saldatura è solidificata con una pinzetta. Quindi, fissa il cavo di rame rimanente con la maschera di saldatura.

Taglia il filo di rame. Salda un'estremità del filo alla scheda segnale. Misura con il multimetro. Il valore della resistenza è 0, indica che il circuito tra connettore a sfioramento e scheda segnale è collegato. Solidifica le piazzole sulla scheda segnale con la maschera di saldatura. Raschiale e puliscile con PCB Cleaner.
