  • Install Crank extractor tool

  • screw the extractor tool gently in

  • it is designed to go in nice and smooth, by hand!

  • hand tighten the rear portion of the crank extractor

  • With the 16 mm wrench rotate clockwise

  • Remove the extractor tool

  • Repeat on the other side
