  • Reheat the iOpener and apply it to the top edge of the Surface's screen for two minutes.

  • The adhesive is thickest along this edge, and you may need to reheat and reapply the iOpener several times to get the Surface warm enough. Follow the iOpener instructions to avoid overheating.

  • A hair dryer, heat gun, or hot plate may also be used for more heat, but be careful not to overheat the Surface—the screen and internal battery are susceptible to heat damage.

Verwarm de iOpener nog eens en leg deze gedurende twee minuten op de bovenkant van het scherm van de Surface.

De lijm die zich langs de bovenkant bevindt is het dikst en moet dus waarschijnlijk meerdere malen worden verwarmd. Volg de instructies van de iOpener op om oververhitting van je toestel te voorkomen.

Je kunt hiervoor ook een föhn, warmtepistool of kookplaat gebruiken, maar wees bij het gebruik hiervan wel extra voorzichtig en voorkom oververhitting van je telefoon. Vooral het scherm en de batterij zijn erg vatbaar voor warmtegerelateerde schade.
