  • Place the home button down first, then place the metal bracket. Give the button some test clicks to insure it is mounted correctly and stable.

  • Prepare for testing, by reconnecting the home button and glass digitizer's ribbon cables in the same way they were disconnected in step 7.

  • Remove the plastic pick from the battery connector and replace the PH000 screw.

  • Replace the display cable bracket with its 3 PH000 screws.

  • Make sure you clean the edges before continuing. A Q-Tip with a very small amount of isopropanol can assist in this. Any debris in the digitizer groove can cause the digitizer to crack.

  • Remount the LCD using its 4 PH000 screws into the iPad housing.

Primero coloca el botón de inicio hacia abajo, luego coloca el soporte de metal. Haz algunos clics de prueba en el botón para asegurarse de que esté montado correctamente y de forma estable.

Prepárate para la prueba reconectando los cables planos del botón de inicio y del digitalizador de vidrio de la misma manera que se desconectaron en el paso 7.

Quita la púa de plástico del conector de la batería y vuelve a colocar el tornillo PH000.

Vuelve a colocar el soporte del cable de la pantalla con sus 3 tornillos PH000.

Asegúrate de limpiar los bordes antes de continuar. Un bastoncillo con una cantidad muy pequeña de isopropanol puede ayudar en esto. Cualquier residuo en la ranura del digitalizador puede provocar que el digitalizador se agriete.

Vuelve a montar la pantalla LCD utilizando sus 4 tornillos PH000 en la carcasa del iPad.
