Positioning the Heat Shrink

  • Slide the cord through the heat shrink to check that the heat shrink covers all of the damaged area.

  • It is easiest to slide through at the smaller end of the cord.

  • Keep the heat shrink on the cord but away from the damaged area for the next steps.

Colocación del tubo termorretráctil

Deslice el cable a través del tubo termorretráctil para comprobar que éste cubra toda el área dañada.

Lo más fácil es deslizarlo por el extremo más pequeño del cordón.

Mantenga el cable termorretráctil sobre el cable, pero lejos del área dañada para los siguientes pasos.
