  • Once a lens is removed, install the new one promptly to avoid contamination from any dust or debris in the air.

  • Apply a suction cup to the center of the lens.

  • Pull up on the suction cup to remove the lens from the frame.

  • If the lens does not remove easily, apply a heated iOpener for one minute and try again.

  • The original adhesive can be reused if it was not damaged during disassembly. Place the new lens into the frame and apply a heated iOpener for one minute to bond the new lens to the old adhesive.

  • If the old adhesive was damaged during disassembly, use a spudger to scrape off any remaining adhesive then apply generic adhesive where the old adhesive used to be before installing the new lens.

Trek de zuignap omhoog om de lens uit het frame te verwijderen.

Als de lens niet makkelijk uit het frame loskomt, kun je opnieuw een verwarmde iOpener gedurende een minuut op de lens leggen.

De originele lijm kan, mits deze bij de demontage niet te veel is beschadigd, worden hergebruikt. Plaats de nieuwe lens in het frame en leg een verwarmde iOpener gedurende een minuut op de lens zodat de oude lijm aan de nieuwe lens kan hechten.

Als de oude lijm bij het demonteren van de lens te veel beschadigd is, kun je een spudger gebruiken om de lijmresten te verwijderen. Vervolgens kun je een algemeen verkrijgbare lijm gebruiken op de plek van de oude lijm om de nieuwe lens te bevestigen.
