Once a lens is removed, install the new one promptly to avoid contamination from any dust or debris in the air.
Apply a suction cup to the center of the lens.
Pull up on the suction cup to remove the lens from the frame.
If the lens does not remove easily, apply a heated iOpener for one minute and try again.
The original adhesive can be reused if it was not damaged during disassembly. Place the new lens into the frame and apply a heated iOpener for one minute to bond the new lens to the old adhesive.
If the old adhesive was damaged during disassembly, use a spudger to scrape off any remaining adhesive then apply generic adhesive where the old adhesive used to be before installing the new lens.
