Removing the battery

  • In Order to remove the battery which is of course held in place by adhesive you should use high amounts of rubbing alcohol.

  • Give it a good squirt, wait a little and then slowly try prying the battery out. Do not bend it, especially when fully charged. Pry - use more rubbing alcohol - pry - alcohol ... and repeat until it comes out unscathed.

  • The flat ribbon cables run underneath the battery. With all the alcohol used you should be able to tear off the right one with ease.

Die Batterie entfernen

Um die Batterie zu entfernen, die natürlich mit Kleber befestigt wurde sollte man viel Isopropyl-Alkohol verwenden.

Spritze etwas an der oberen rechten Ecke unter die Batterie und warte kurz ab. Dann kannst du vorsichtig anfangen den Akku herauszuhebeln. Nimm aber immer wieder die Spritze zur Hand und Spritze unter die Batterie, bis sich der Akku leicht ablösen lässt.

Die Flachbandkabel verlaufen unter der Batterie, wie wir nun sehen. Durch das ganze Isopropyl können wir das Displaykabel leicht ablösen.
