  • Do not try to remove the LCD yet. The circuitry along its lower edge is wedged in a gap along the lower edge of the display recess in the aluminum display assembly.

  • Hold the display vertically and tip it enough to grab the top edge of the LCD and rotate it slightly out of the display assembly, being careful not to break the circuitry off its lower edge.

  • Pull the LCD toward the top edge of the display to slide the circuitry along its lower edge out of the recess in the aluminum display assembly.

  • It may be helpful to use one hand to feed the display data cable through its channel in the aluminum display assembly as you pull the LCD toward the top edge of the display with the other hand.

N'essayez pas encore de retirer l'écran LCD. Le système de circuits en bas de l'écran est logé dans un interstice le long du bord inférieur du renfoncement prévu pour l'écran en aluminium.

Maintenez l'écran à la verticale et inclinez-le suffisamment pour saisir le bord supérieur de l'écran LCD et faites-le pivoter en l'éloignant légèrement de l'ensemble écran. Faites bien attention à ne pas détacher le système de circuits du bord inférieur.

Tirez le LCD vers le bord supérieur de l'écran pour faire passer le système de circuits le long de son bord inférieur pour l'enlever du renfoncement dans l'écran en aluminium.

C'est éventuellement plus facile de faire passer le câble de données de l'écran par son canal dans l'écran en aluminium avec une main tout en tirant le LCD vers le bord supérieur de l'écran avec l'autre main.
