  • Remove thermal grease with a Sculpture Knife. Cover the CPU with the shielding cover and fix with high temperature tape. Remove black adhesive around the USB IC with Hot Air Gun at 280℃. Pry up the USB IC with Hot Air Gun at 380℃. Apply Paste Flux. Remove tin on the bonding pad with Soldering Iron at 365℃.

Retira la grasa térmica con un cuchillo para esculpir. Cubre la CPU con la cubierta protectora y fíjala con cinta de alta temperatura. Retira el adhesivo negro alrededor del USB IC con una pistola de aire caliente a 280 ℃. Levanta el IC USB con pistola de aire caliente a 380 ℃.

Aplicar fundente en pasta. Retira el estaño de la almohadilla de unión con un soldador a 365 ℃.
