Remove and replace

  • Trace the second cable, the power cable, back to the power supply unit.

  • If the cable can be removed from the power supply without removing any other cables, then the power supply is modular and the unused SSD cable can be safely removed.

  • If the power supply is not modular, tuck the unused SSD cable into space next to the power supply. Use a zip tie to secure it out of the way, if needed.

  • Slide the side panels of the case back into place, and secure with the appropriate screws as necessary. The solid-state drive has been successfully removed from the PC.

Verwijderen en vervangen

Trek de tweede kabel, de voedingskabel, terug naar de voedingseenheid.

Als de kabel van de voeding kan worden verwijderd zonder andere kabels te verwijderen, dan is de voeding modulair en kan de ongebruikte SSD-kabel veilig worden verwijderd.

Als de voeding niet modulair is, stop dan de ongebruikte SSD-kabel in de ruimte naast de voeding. Gebruik indien nodig een tie-rap om de kabel vast te zetten.

Schuif de zijpanelen van de behuizing terug op hun plaats en zet ze indien nodig vast met de juiste schroeven. Het SSD-station is met succes uit de pc verwijderd.
