Remove the screen

Apply heat to the edge of the screen, and use a suction cup or blunt scalpel to help work a plastic pick under the screen.
PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A PLASTIC FRAME BETWEEN THE PHONE CHASSIS AND THE SCREEN.
Make sure your pick is between the screen and the frame and not the frame and the chassis.
