  • Put the motherboard on the 165 °C Heating Platform to heat.

  • After the solder balls are formed, turn the power off and cool the signal board. Apply some Paste Flux and align the logic board with the signal board.

  • Keep heating for 1 minute when the temperature reaches 165 °C. Turn the power off and cool the motherboard.

Coloca la placa base en la plataforma de calentamiento de 165 °C para calentar.

Después de que se hayan formado las bolas de soldadura, apaga y enfría la placa de señales. Aplica un poco de Paste Flux y alinea la placa lógica con la placa de señales.

Continúa calentando durante 1 minuto cuando la temperatura alcance los 165 °C. Apaga y enfría la placa base.
